As we continue to strive to create high-quality, engaging learning experiences for all students, there are specific instructional strategies that are known to have the greatest impact on student learning.  GEIG provides professional development to schools and districts in which these strategies are modeled and discussed in ways that translate immediately to classroom practices.  Additionally, follow up coaching and support is provided as needed.  This support may include classroom observations, administrator professional development, or modeling of lessons within the classroom.

In addition to instructional strategies and supporting a comprehensive assessment plan, GEIG conducts teacher and administrator evaluations in order to ensure high-quality practices and to support inter-rater reliability.
